Many people ask me for a “one-size-fits-all” plan — unfortunately, it doesn’t exist, because it’s unique to each individual. Together, let’s identify what’s missing: why isn’t the weight changing? Beyond eating habits, nutritional strategies are also very complex in physical training and performance. Learning to fuel properly during long efforts is essential, and it won’t happen by itself. You need to test, adjust, and change habits when they’re not optimal. The right dose, with perfect hydration at the perfect timing. Carbs during effort and protein for recovery, of course — but in what timing? At what moments? We’ll cover all of this together, and you’ll never feel lost again.
