Here, you’ll find all the expertise needed to develop your endurance. Managing training volume, of course, but above all structuring sessions coherently according to a calendar that always seems more and more demanding.
We know it — there’s an overwhelming amount of content about season planning, the “right” running stride, the “perfect” aero position for time trials, or interval workouts — and much of it is contradictory. I’ve sorted it out for you. Progressive development, building specific qualities, fine-tuning before competition, choosing minor and major events, equipment advice, and nutritional preparation (yes, your gut needs training too…) — I guide you through the full complexity of endurance sports.
These training programs are time-consuming because they aim to build long-term durability. Together, we will adapt your training weeks according to your personal schedule. The key is balancing the different areas of an athlete’s life — and I make that a priority. Nothing should feel like a sacrifice, but rather a compromise. It’s no longer about putting your social or family life on hold; it’s about making everything work together — otherwise, nothing works at all.
