With my athletes, I establish transparent and recurring communication on all aspects of preparation: current condition, previous day’s workouts, unexpected events — everything is taken into account. The schedule is adjusted to best support the athlete. Nutritional advice, equipment guidance, race strategy, planning mesocycles and macrocycles to develop specific physical qualities… plus regular testing to track progress precisely. You will never move forward in the dark again!
